Similar to how BasicPay keyword works in a formula of a pay element, where the basic pay amount is pulled from the pay information of a staff. The system should be able to pull the working hours and OT in a formula for a pay element using a keyword as well.
For instance OT rates may vary based on designation/company position in addition to the normal public holiday, rest day OT rates. OT rates for each staff may also vary according to there working days and or contract. Which means when transferring attendance record the system generated OT pay elements will not be accurate because of the generic formula used.
