Add a Remarks function for Addition / Deduction Pay elements

staff can see clearly details of the pay element instead of refering to the remarks column at the bottom. administrator may forget to input or amend remarks at bottom of page.

    Hi, would like to check if there is any update on this feature request? It is important for pay elements to be tagged clearly so that staff understands what's on the payslip and don't have to approach HR for clarifications.
