Due to the leave setting limitations, employees on rosters (but work a 5 day schedule which includes weekends/PH) are created an alternate leave type so that the system allows them to submit leave applications by calendar days. However, the current payroll system is unable to set it such that, should there be an incomplete month of work, the prorated salary is calculated based on the standard 5 day work week normal formula, instead of calendar days.
Can the team look into creating more flexibility when it comes to such scenaio?
