The email alert for expenses only includes a pdf with the attachment. And requires a separate login to the website. Only after 5 steps, do you find the page where you can approve the expense.

We set the clock in/out radius in the system but it is pointless if the employee still can clock in/out. Is it possible to prevent our employee from clock in/out for control purposes.
