Add save button for timesheet

receipt attachment should be compulsory

whenever employees file for claims, it is a type of business operating expense. It is calculated into the financial statements. The business can get into big trouble during audit if these receipts are not present. So receipts should be mandatory.

Payroll Group Admin Access - To give or allow access to view CPF Submission number and to change it if needed. Currently the CPF Submission number assigned to employees is not visible to the Payroll Group Admins, only Payroll Admins.

Leave and Benefit Approver
