When a staff changes his/her work week over a period, there should be a report or query that can trace back past changes.

This serves as audit trail and also helps to keep track of such changes which will affect leave, benefit and pay calculations.

Add Location data into a column for Expense Summary extraction into Excel.

We would like to check if the columns for Expense Summary extraction into excel can be enhanced to add in Location of claim data? Refer to below screenshots. Or is there a way to download the Location data of each claim item into excel? Many thanks!

to enhance the actual balance to reflect both in leave report and mobile app upon cessation date is inputted

HR can view on the back end on what's the leave balance but to the employee, they are not able to view and insist that the app is correct.

To allow user to able to see IRAS and amended their personal details

Currently user cannot view their IRAS via the mobile app. And they cannot amend or update HR for any changes on their martial status, child status, address. At least some basic fields for them to change but HR will approve it.

Must have a field for work permit no, CSOC no and their individual expired date field.

Now I cannot see when work permit and CSOC expired date. You can build free field to let use keep track expired date for various certificate at work
