Notify changes made / lock clocking

Have a deadline on when HOD is able to amend their clocking but it should notify HR

Report to include passport & work permit details

Not sure why when choosing "passport" in the custom report , no passport details is shown in the report generated. should include work permit class and details too

Pls allow user to have the option to add Remarks when clocking out even when it is a requirement that user must clock out within a set perimeter.

To differentiate between a non clocking out and didn't clock out because user forgot to do so.

Annual Leave - Daily Accrual working days proration
