Client from IONiaga, requested to be able to see the accurate number (which is after rounded up leave balance in the report)

Please refer to the attached file. Currently the earned as at today is showing the exact number (1.33), but tech team feedback that its rounded up "hiddenly" (1.5) before adding to the opening balance (10.5) equal to current balance (12).

Client wish to see 1.5 directly in the system to avoid any miscalculation.
