Procedures to view individual employee annual leave reports in transactional statement format, similar to a bank statement style. An example we've been using manually for the last 2 years is attached. The reason our company is leaning toward the transactional statement format is that most of our employees are elderly and they are familiar with the style of a bank statement. On the contrary, JustLogin only shows the history of leave-take but does not show the leave balance at each point. Currently, JustLogin only shows the collective leave balance which most employees find uncomfortable for not knowing why and what makes up the current balance they have.
