Useful for companies with contract staff where leave period follows contract period instead of calendar year.

Our permanent staff leave period is based on calendar year but contract based staff leave period is according to their contract period.

However, justlogin system is only able to apply 1 fiscal period for all staff and there is really no workaround to it so we are not able to utilize the leave module for our contract staff.
