Allow to select specific time for hourly application

Currently, we are only able to select how many hours. But it would be great if we are able to select specific time too. For example: 9AM to 11AM

Notification for who's on leave to be sent earlier in the morning at 7am. Reason because we want to see it 2 hours before we start work at 9am. Can you get your technical team to change the notification time as soon as possible?
