Since many of us is using Christian name and the approving officer who is approving the payroll might not aware the name on our NRIC. Hence, it would be helpful if we can add the alias name besides the employee name.

staff can see clearly details of the pay element instead of refering to the remarks column at the bottom. administrator may forget to input or amend remarks at bottom of page.
