Annual Salary Increment

We found that the salary increment report just download by month. To easier sort the data, it is better is have annual increment report in PDF format or Ms Excel Format like other payroll report.

Have both the User's & Approver's remarks captured in the same Leave Query Report.

I had a user who submitted a HL application which we approved. At the Approval page, the Approver typed in the Remarks column to substantiate the unique circumstance for reference. But when I pull out the Leave Query Report for this HL application...

A setting that can limit the number of staff of certain role/position to go on leave on same day

eg. if 2 out of 5 admin staff from different department with different leave RO/AO is taking leave on same day, system will block anymore admin staff from applying leave for that same day. This is difficult to track as the staff have different RO/...

"Alternate" to be added as option on the working alternates

Currently, has options: Full, half and rest day only. Clients are requesting to add "alternate" to signify that the user will be working alternately weekly.

Make Reimbursements Taxable

For training expenses which are taxable, employees can claim the course fees through JustExpense, which will then be linked to a pay element in payroll under reimbursements which are considered taxable and will reflect in the generated IR8 forms.

Allow default setting of Calendar view.

Currently, it's based on Personal & Yearly in Calendar as default. It should allow us to set to Staff and Monthly view and then set as default.

We are able to input the training records of staff into the system. However, I understand that we could not generate a report of the training records of each staff. Can you please look into this as soon as you can.

I am sure it will be useful for everyone to generate such training records of courses attended by staff

Email Notification for Pending Tasks

Just like on eLeave, it would be awesome if we can setup a notification for pending tasks on eBenefit, for example one email per day for 3 days. This would greatly ease the chances of missing on approvals.
